Geographical origin : The vines are situated in the village of Lugny, north of Mâcon
Average altitude : 240 m
Soil : Silt, clay, sand, slight slope
Exposure : South
Average age of vines : 60 years
Surface area : 0,5 ha on the land of “l’Allée”
Responsible farming : observing before acting, limiting insecticides and fertilisers, working the land, bud pruning…


Vinification :

Pneumatic pressing, light racking must at low temperatures.
Vinification in vats.  The aim is to preserve the fruit’s original purity.  Maturing on fine sediments until bottling.
Racking, light filtration for bottling before hot summer days.


Tasting :

The colour is shiny with a pretty sustained gold.  Intense fragrance of acacia flowers and fresh honey delicately accentuated with a dash of crystallised lemon and peach.  In the mouth the body and the suppleness dominate.

Service : 8-10°C


Wine pairing :

Ideal as an aperitif, it’s a wine that also has its place at the table.  With white meats, fish cooked in a sauce or goat’s cheese it will be perfect.


Preservation :

Pleasant from today, it will accompany you for another 2 years.
